Host James Patrick chats with entrepreneur, transformation coach and author Tracy O’Malley who has taken her income from zero to multimillions, has grown her organization to have more than 77,000 people and has spoken on stage to tens of thousands of individuals.

The two discuss why so many take their foot off the gas pedal or pull back right before they reach greatness and what the DNA of grit and perseverance truly looks like. From there the conversation goes into why people are afraid to stand out for fear they might get in trouble and the distributing new resentment so many have towards success.

Through her personal journey, Tracy learned how to quit playing the victim and that success meant being present no matter what. The two then break down what the secrets behind strength and courage and how we each have a lot of life and legacy to leave.

At the age of 40, Tracy made the commitment to work in service of others and rewrote her own story. What could your excuse be for not doing the same? Check out her website at TracyOMalley.com
