1: How did you hear about FITposium?

I heard about Fitposium through James Patrick on Instagram and had just missed Fitposium 2016, so I made it my goal to attend Fitposium 2017 after seeing all of the awesome photos from the event!

2: What does FITposium mean to you?

To me, Fitposium means a community of people in the fitness industry who are all trying to reach success! Whether it’s a brand, company, magazine, or commercial, Fitposium is an outlet to help Fitpreneurs reach their goals!!

3: What is your favorite thing about the FITposium community?

It has been incredible networking with so many like-minded individuals, and I have a few really good friends now that I met from the event (shout out to Sid, Bella, Lizzie, and Kelly!) Before Fitposium, I felt pretty lonely venturing in the fitness community all by myself since I run and own my own personal training business; now, I feel like I have a family who I can go to if I ever have any questions!


4: How has FITposium helped you/your brand/business?

Fitposium has helped My business in so many ways!! I learned social media marketing techniques that have helped me significantly increase my monthly income, and in turn, allowing my small personal training business to be able to afford to rent out a gym space (which I wanted for so long but could not afford and did not have courage to do!) I was finally motivated to finish my 6 Week Workout Guide and launched my Online Training App! I am completely rebranding “Flawless Fitness LLC” and have figured out my niche. I have also made connections with Scottsdale Health, which is a magazine I really wanted to connect with for so long because it is what all of my clients read!



5: What is your favorite memory/moment from FITposium?

There are so many fun memories from Fitposium 2018 that it’s hard to choose! The casting call was probably my most favorite thing because we were able to show our personalities through the camera, and I was selected for a feature in Scottsdale Health, which had been my goal for so long!! I also really enjoyed networking and chatting with all of the attendees at the mixer!


6: What is your goal for you/your brand/business for 2018?

My specific goals for 2018 is to continue expanding my personal training brand, obtain 40 online clients, and get 20 more in-person clients. I want to continue helping client reach success and make people feel truly happy. I also want to land a cover, just for fun!
