Who is FITposium for?
FITposium is for fitness talents, personal trainers, coaches, gym owners, and entrepreneurs in the health and fitness industry who are looking to grow their brand, get published, get more clients and make more money!
Where can I find the schedule of events?
We’re still working on bringing you the best presenters to FITposium 2020, so bear with us as we continue to update details!
What will I need to bring?
Consider bringing a laptop or a pen and notebook to take notes with, business cards to network with, and if you are looking to attend the portfolio review, bring your portfolio either printed or digitally. You can never be over-prepared!
What's the dress code?
We don’t have a dress code; however, we recommend you dress to impress. We have many opportunities for your career at FITposium so portray yourself in the best light possible! Please bring a sweater or cardigan as we have limited control over the AC and it may get chilly.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
It will be your responsibility to get to and from the conference. The host hotel has parking available.

I CAN’T ATTEND THE CONFERENCE NOW! WHAT DO I DO?
There are no refunds or transfers allowed for FITposium 2020. Each attendee’s ticket needs to have their name on it.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED CONFERENCE PASS TO THE EVENT?
A printed copy is not required. You can download your tick on your phone for our staff to scan, or we can look up your name in our database.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TAKE PICTURES WITH THE SPEAKERS?
Absolutely! We encourage this, and we have asked our speakers to hang around after their presentation to take pictures. Make sure to share them with us on our Instagram page @fitposium!
WHY SHOULD I ATTEND THE MIXER?
The mixer is a fun way to network with speakers and other attendees! We’ll have light appetizers and a cash bar available. Don’t underestimate this awesome chance to make connections and build relationships in a relaxed environment with others in the health and fitness industry!
WHAT DOES THE EXCLUSIVE ACCESS PASS INCLUDE?
We are excited to offer the Exclusive Access Pass this year as an opportunity that includes admittance to a private VIP reception where you can begin networking early! Spend extra time with magazine editors and conference speakers and meet with a special guest! The pass also provides additional discounts, front-row seating, and early access to events throughout the weekend, including the casting call, hair and make-up appointments, and portfolio reviews. Tickets are limited for this special opportunity, so be sure to select “Exclusive Access Pass” when purchasing your FITposium ticket.
How do I apply for the castings?
We are no longer going to do in person casting photo shoots during the event. Everything will be submitted ONLINE, and PRIOR to the conference! We will be sending out more details soon about how to apply!!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE PORTFOLIO REVIEW?
This is a rare opportunity for you to sit down face to face with magazine editors! You can bring your portfolio of work (it doesn’t need to be fancy!) and show the editor so they can give you honest feedback of what they’d recommend to make you more marketable. This is an opportunity for you to make an impression with the editors, and one you won’t find anywhere else!
I'M SO EXCITED FOR THE EVENT! WHERE CAN I GO TO CONNECT WITH THE COMMUNITY PRIOR TO THE EVENT?
Once you’ve registered for the event, you can ask to join our private Facebook group where we share lots of information! We’ll share tips and tricks for the conference and you’ll have the chance to connect with others who are attending. We also have weekly podcasts, articles and online content at www.fitposium.com
Can I bring my baby/child to the sessions?
While we love little ones, this is an adult only conference.
