FITposium team member Kelly Spartonos, LCSW, joins James Patrick to discuss the necessity of entrepreneurs to own what they do and now allow fear and anxiety to remove them from their potential. Saying you do something means you take ownership of it, which also means you could fail. Being able to say you do something is how a leader starts. They also discuss how to engineer fear and reassign it, how movements start and why we should stop being concerned with the size of our social media following.
