James Patrick sits down with Randi Bilbo of BilboSportswear.com and discusses her background in mechanical engineering to graphic design to economics to running a counseling center and how she joined the business started by her mother designing attire for fitness competitors.

The two discuss how she volleys back and forth between her left brain work with her right brain creative career, her approach to design, where she pulls inspiration from and how she balances consumer wants with her vision.

From there, James and Randi then chat about how success will open you up to both critique as well as haters and the best ways to handle it. Then James shares his secret on how to be wildly unsuccessful and what to do when someone starts copying you.

Randi wraps up by discussing her goals for Bilbo Sportswear and her search for athletes who want to stand out.
